(Q) WHAT ARE YOUR NORMAL DELIVERY TIMES ?

(A) Orders received are normally dispatched on the same day so most orders should arrive within 3 working days

We dispatch your blank keyrings and blank products on the following standard working days:
1) Monday 2) Tuesday 3) Wednesday 4) Thursday 5) Friday

Larger orders are normally dispatched via a courier and of course smaller orders by Royal Mail.

Q) ARE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS SAFE ?

(A) Yes we have full merchant status for secure credit card payments
For our online payments we prefer to  use PayPal  plus many of our customers have told us they prefer it .

PayPal as you know use state of the art security measures. and we never store your credit card details at any time. PayPal are authorised and regulated in the UK by the FSA  so buy with confidence .

Q) IS IT FREE SHIPPING ?

(A) So to explain briefly

Free Shipping applies to many of our online orders

it`s normally FREE DELIVERY  if your postcode is classed as a standard UK Mainland Postcode

However if your located in say the Highlands & Islands or a non standard postcode then you may incur a delivery charge

For example ,let`s say you order a small order of 50 blank keyrings and live in the Highlands then that will probably be delivered by Royal Mail at no extra charge

But if you ordered 500 or say 1000 blank keyrings then it will need to be delivered by carrier , in a much larger box and far heavier as you know and so then there would normally be a seperate delivery charge applied , but don`t worry we would advise you of this after your order or if you are unsure you are welcome to contact us at your convenience
